The conference in brief

Scientific Conference in Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology “Anger” · 21–22 April 2017 · organised by the College of Private Psychiatry, the Prof. Nikola Shipkovenski Mental Health Centre and the Master’s programme in clinical psychology at Sofia University

The spirit of the conference

The first conference after the death of Assoc. Prof. Georgi Koychev was dedicated to his memory and brought the community together under the motto “Let us be together”. “Dr Georgi Koychev had the gift of gathering people from the caring professions into communities,” the organisers wrote in their invitation – and the best way to honour him was to continue his work. Anger was explored from neurobiology to art, sociology, religion and psychosomatics. A few months later, on 24 July 2017, the College became a full member of the European Psychiatric Association.
