ON NOVEMBER 30, 2007 AT 6:00 PM IN SOFIA IN THE HOTEL "AMBASSADOR" (SIMEONOVSKO STOSE NO 110 A) AN EXPERT MEETING OF THE PSYCHIATRISTS FROM THE COLLEGE "PRIVATE PSYCHIATRY" IS HELD, ON WHICH I HAVE ON THE BACK THE MEETING COMBINED AROUND THE FOLLOWING PROPOSALS:
Expanding the list of diagnoses for which reambursement of drug treatment with diagnoses is envisaged: Obsessive compulsive disorder in its severe and disabling degrees and dementia with behavioural and psychotic disorders. We offer a higher rate of drug reimbursement in patients with major depression - in episode and recurrence.ADD in atypical antipsychotics proves to be an ineffective dose and often the patient's condition worsens and requires hospitalization or augmentation, which makes treatment more expensive in practice. We believe that this is a discriminatory measure against schizophrenic patients. We offer free prescription within 1.5
DDD, and at higher doses the preservation of the regulatory mechanism until now.We believe that psychiatric practice would approach the rules of good clinical practice with the inclusion of highly specialized activities and valuation of the package of services in the specialty.
