The participation of colleagues from Ni\u0161 underlined the importance of regional ties.<\/p>\n<h2>Programme highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A broad range of topics: affective disorders, addictions, aggression, psychoendocrinology, psychotherapy and the organisation of care.<\/li>\n<li>A lecture on impulsive aggression by the American forensic psychiatrist Alan R. Felthous, who also co-chaired one of the sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Participants<\/h2>\n<p>Specialists from Bulgaria; colleagues from Ni\u0161 (Serbia), among them Grozdanko Grbe\u0161a and Srbobran Miljkovi\u0107; Alan R.
